With over 25 years in the legal industry — 14 of those years spent practicing law — I have gained diverse experience as a lawyer, legal author and educator. I have advised a wide range of clients, from C-suite executives and property developers to small business owners, franchisees, solopreneurs, established corporations, and start-ups.
My experience has shown me how vital it is to make the law understandable for everyone. I bring a range of skills to this work, including interpersonal and technical expertise, critical analysis, negotiation, plain English drafting, statutory interpretation, legal research, and data analysis.
My ultimate goal is to empower you, as a small business owner, to build your legal literacy and navigate legal challenges with confidence.
